question regarding expired product

Hey there, new here...

i got some sust 250 and some deca 300. both expired just over a year ago. may 1 09 and june 09. i been using them and i just realized that they were expired. what could happen? am i just injecting myself with this for nothing, or am i still gonna have results?

should be fine. I have done similar to that and got good gains. No sense in wasting it imo.

From what I understand, it can lose some potency, but in many cases still works very well.
