First time prospective cycle - Any Tips

    Hey guys,

Been reading up as much as possible about AS ect and just wondering if you guys could give me any tips.

    Here are my stats-

    Age: 22
    Weight: 190 pounds
    Height: 6 ft 2
    Body Fat: Roughly 10%

Been in the gym 3 years, over the last 6 months been doing 5 days a week, 1.5 hours a day. Although my calorie intake is 4000- 5000 cals a day im struggling to put on weight. I have a very good diet that consists of 5 - 6 propper meals a day. Lots of chicken, tuna, pasta, steak, rice, ham and cheese. In addition to this i have a high cal, high protein shake in the afternoon, creatine pre-workout and another protein shake post workout. Im a second row rugby player and although i have the height, its the weight i need mostly.

Now im not saying im definitely going to jump on the gear, but i have been offered sustanon 250 and teslac. Obviously i wouldn't be doing them together. Can anyone advise me on weather a cycle on either of these would be beneficial for me. Mostly i need energy, quick muscle recovery, and weight gain.

Any advise or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

22 is considered young for many reasons. Read the sticky notes above.

Visit the diet section and you will find your answers you are looking for.

Hard gainers = not eating right even though you may Think/Know you are you arent. I went through years of being a hard gainer until I learned how to eat.

Shakes are no substitute for real food either.

Cheers, I know most people will say im too young and i tend to agree.

As far as diet, im literally following the diets from this website at the moment down to a tee. I understand that protein shakes aren't a substitute, thats why i have them in addition to my 6 meals. Just to boost the cal intake.

I promise you if you can not gain more with food you wont maintain your gains using AAS.

Whatever diet your are fallowing if you think it's really good then just add more to it, add more lean proteins, bump up your intake a little at a time until you find your sweet spot.

Since you play Rugby you probably get a lot of cardio which means you are burning fats and muscle if you dont have enough protien intake for recovery and that will make gaining hard.

This qoute is so dead on. If you cant eat to gain naturally(when you aren't even close to your natty potential), you won't maintain steroid induced gains, because they are beyond the reach of your nutrition.

hey man Im 22...almost 23 and Im doing my first cycle right now. If you feel you are ready, have done your research, are healthy, have been training your ass off and are near are at your natural limit then I say go for it! just make sure you are smart and you do things right! I would recommend doing the same cycle I am doing you wont be disappointed! the gains are very lean, steady, and my strength is amazing!

    weeks 1-10 375mg test cyp (1.5ml shot a week)
    weeks 1-4 turinabol 80mg a day (40 9:00am, 40 3 p.m)

I also take 1mg of arimidex eod but you prob only need .5...I am just trying to keep my bloat to a minimum.

Good luck bro and happy training!
