My lower legs are swollen severely, why?

Ive been staking test 250 and winstrol for 4weeks. My right leg swole severely after injecting into my thigh, the swelling has subsided some but not completely and now is in the left leg. It is not bad in morning but increases throughout the day. I have not injected into my thigh again and have no pain in my legs but am concerned with the swelling. Looking for some insight.

is it red and feel hot? if so could be an infection, is that the 1st time you have pinned in your legs? what size pin are you using?
