    Soreness day atter workout?

So this is my 4th week into a sust250 cycle, of 500mg a week split into two shots. My question is: am i still supposed to feel soreness the day after my workouts?

I did increase the amount of exercises to about double what i usually do, because of my added endurance. But i heard there is supposed to be no pain?

AAS does not keep you from overtraining. You should increase your workouts just because you are on a cycle.

Now then the day after workouts i am sore and even more sore 2 days after. AAS does not change that for me

    I am a bit startled.
I am sore the day after EVERY workout.
I mean its not bad, but its always sore.
Sometimes for a couple of days if I kill legs?

I have been getting sore the day after working out for the past 20+ years, should I be worried?

DAMN I'm thinking you guys are NEW to working out yes? Ok what, 2, 4, 6 months total?

    DAMN

If you are NOT getting sore I would be worried. OK I take that back. Im still worried about you guys asking that.

These questions are why I have to stay out of this part of the forum for a week or two every once in a while...

if you're not getting sore you're workouts have become stagnant and routine and you're body is no longer reacting to what you're doing. After about 4 weeks of the same routine my body doesn't get AS sore as when i first started the routine. That means its time to change up. Being on IMO doesn't make you superman and overtraining is still overtraining and opens you up a lot more to injury. Soreness=good Pain=bad

Im doing my first cycle and I was still pretty sore up until mid way through week 4...now Im never really that sore.

I would keep your workouts the same but up the frequency. For example rather then doing 24 sets for chest do 12 set twice a week mon and fri or somthing along those lines....Il do one heavy day and one light higher rep day and it seems to be working well!

I can't count how many times I've seen 'training time: 1 year' in a thread on here.
