stupid post... obviously you havn't done much reading as you quoted, otherwise you would know that you dont train for over an hr especially when ur a natty like urself.
when you do train hard for over an hour you get a hormone release which is called cortisol and this hormone is your body's stress hormone, its a muscle eating beast.
read up about mike mentzer and his philosophy of less is more. not saying doing his programs will be most effective but its good for reference.
to be honest you dont come in this forum and talk up about how good ur genetics are and make silly quotes about how good you were at 15.
im not trying to burn you or anything but you either know if your a bodybuilder or not and if you want to compete just go on the net and search for local comps, or ask guys at the gym or the gym owner. It's simple, so why ask dumb questions?
