Hi all. This is my first post so any info would be greatly appreciated. Iv been training now for just over a year, im 5'10 and 85kg age 24 with a good diet. Since I started training Iv been consistently using whey protein along with On's serious mass gainer and just recently also tried norateen heavyweight 2, so Iv now decided to try a course of methyl 1T. When I ordered the m1t I also oredered milk thistle and Ax Advanced PCT. I was gonna start the course on Monday and was just wondering If anyone had any tips / advice before I do, i.e, whats the best dosage and how long to take the pct for afterwards etc. Thanks in advance guys.
