    Clen / is this normal?

    at 60 mcg

    -body is hot
    -high blood pressure
    -my left hand is shaking a bit
    -pain in my lower back area


    this is my 1st time cycling clen and i'm on day 4 today

    Research it...

    you described everything that is normal as far as side-effects go.

    yep, that's pretty "normal"

    back off the dose, or split it into 2 and spread it evenly over the course of the day untill you get a bit more accustom to the dose....

    becareful though, high bp/temp can cause real health issues...

    yes sir í did already and been reading alot about it

    but i'm using it for first time and 60 mcg is the does and i'm having these side effects

    thanks for the answer

    already splitting it into 20 mcg morning and 40 mcg post lunch


    but i'm wondering when i'm going to up the dose to 120 what will happen , putting in the mind i'm using clen for first time

    Lower back pain may be from your kidneys because you are dehydrated. You need to drink water like a horse.

    good call.

    also, dont crank up the dose if it's working fine!

    what works for you may not for others, and vice versa.

    listen to your body. if this is working for you and you can obviously tell - then stick with it. up the dose as you get used to it/as needed, not just because it's what you've been told to do.

    your body will let you know. listen to it.
