    Cutting right after cycle ?

I just finished a 12 week cycle last week and went on to my TRT ( 200 mgs) .

I gained over 20 pounds of LMB . I'm currently sitting at 15-16% body fat and would like to get it down below 12% before I run my next cycle.

If I cut right after my cycle do I risk losing alot of my gains since I will be doing tons of cardio and eating below my maintance ?

I'm still keeping my protein intake high along with my fats just cutting carbs . Eating 500 cals below maintance to start.

    Diet consist of ,

    chicken breast
    talapia
    egg whites
    almond butter
    ezekial bread.
    green beans

Why risk it man? You just had an awesome cycle, made some great gains. No reason to risk them! Give it awhile, let your body get use to carrying the weight. If you following the time on = time off that should leave plenty of room to cut a few % before your next cycle without doing it immediatly.

I agree. 20lbs is an excellent gain... Give it a couple months then think about loosing that little bit of fat. If you are going to do it off cycle make sure you do it very slowly because it is very easy to loose well earned muscle mass as well as fat

i did it and it was the wrong thing to do, straight after a very successful cycle i tied cutting but only lasted 5 days cos i could see my gains going and after research realised that it was detrimental to keeping hold of the hard earned gains. i had to carb up and rest for 3 days afterward to put th weight back on. marcus300 has written a great piece on keeping hold of gains. after a cycle the most important thing is to keep the gains and this i some of thebest info on doing that.
    good luck grumpee!

If you're on TRT anyway, there is no reason not to start cutting immediately. At 200mg/week of test, you still have over double the test levels that you could normally ever have.

If my test levels are still high then I will still be in a anabolic state right ? And its hard to lose muscle in that state correct ?

Correct. You don't have to deal with the initial hormonal crash, elevated cortisol, and runaway catabolism that most of us do when coming off.
