Cycle Advice

Hi Guys,

I've just finished a cycle with Test Cypionate, Test Enanthate,Deca,Pregnyl,Proviron,Anadrol,Tamoxil (nolvadex), should i give it a break or is there any other I should follow? I want yto bulk up a little bit more any advice on this would be appreciated.

first off we need stats...

age, weight, cycle experience, training experience. etc

do you know what PCT is?

what doses did you run for this cycle?

Nice solid PCT then give it a couple months then think about going back on. Hard to stay off I know this all too well myself but trust me gains will be better if you stay off for a while then go back on rather than jumping straight back on.

What was the duration of your cycle? Seems to me a recovery protocol is in order..

According to this recent thread you made, it seems you do not have enough knowledge on the correct usage of AAS.

Begin PCT, then start reading the educational threads/stickies. I suggest you don't cycle for a while, until you get things in order.

Hi There,

Thanks for your reply, I am 40 (oldy), 13.5 stones, I have done quite a few cycles but this one was the first one regarding this category, I am training for 2.5 years now. Yes I do now whats PCT (post cycle recovery +- ).

The doses varied, i did like the guy said for me to do it (ex: 1st week - 2ml Test Cyp., 1 tab anadrol, 1 tab proviron, 1 tab nolvadex, the test was 1 that week and the tabs everyday), also he saud to take pregnil every 5 days.

It was 8 weeks of cycle.
