go to the diet section and watch the videos Hawaiian pride posted, lots to learn. I just came off keto and the only problem I can see with doing a cycle at the same time was strength was hard to muster up when lifting and i didnt seem to get any pump but, I was new to keto and maybe it was just me. I personally wont blast while doing keto I loved it but didnt feel like i could lift as well as I can with carbs. Im sure a vet can be more informative.
You can't make the same quality gains. For a cutting cycle, with the right compounds, it would be very effective. However, if your bf% is low enough to be cycling, you wouldn't need such drastic measures.
Stick to a balanced diet and grow big, strong, and full of muscles.
