    26y/o
    5'8"
    175lb
    10%BF
    First cycle
    5000calories/ day, 170g/ protein.

    Test: 250mg 2x/wk 1-10,
    Dianabol 30mg/day 1-4
    Arimidex .25mg e/od 3-10,
    pregnyl 250iu e/3d

    nolvadex: days 1-11 20mg, days 12-21 10mg 13-15,
    clomid: days 1-11 100mg, days 12-21 50mg 13-15

    you've gained 5lb in a day, I'd just just stick with what you're doing. that's 150lb a month...

    personally I only use an ai if sides call for it.

    ok. ive heard that,, anyway you can tell me some key ways to see if what im gaining is water weight and not fat?

    steroids won't make you gain fat, so if your diet is correct it isn't fat.

    i thought the same thing.. then people started telling me to get my BF% down to 10% because i was going to gain atleast 10% on a cycle.. but i thought that testosterone made you lose fat
