looking at starting my 3rd cylce here soon to cut up a bit and gain some strength at the same time.
heres my potential plan/ what i have on hand ready to go.
weeks 1-10: Sust 250 - 500mgs per week
weeks 1-3: Winnny - 50mgs ED
Weeks 4-12: Var - 50mgs ED
Week 13-15: pct
i hit the gym usually 5 times a week,
Diets on point
and doing cardio low intensity for 40 mins 4 times a week.
just a few minor questions:
1.Not too sure what dose i should take of the sust, should i take 500mgs once a week, or break it up to 250mgs twice a week due to the prop and to keep my t levels more balanced?
2.also should it be okay running the var alone in weeks 11-12 up until the pct after i'm done with the sust, or will it be more effective stopping the var at my last sust shot, then wait the three weeks for pct?
please critique the dosages/order/length of cycle.
