    HCG and extra estrogen

I was reading up on HCG and it said it will spike estro a good amount and it can cause gyno fairly easy. I definately want to supplement HCG next cycle of Test e 400mg with 4 week dbol 30mg ed to keep more gains and make transition into PCT easier. If im already dealing with the extra estro from the test e I dont want the HCG to make it even worse. HCG will be used starting the 2nd week of 12 week cycle at 250iu's 2x weekly. Will adex at .50, or half a mg every other day be enough to control estro? Also is there anything else I should use to control extra estro or progestrone while using HCG?

hcg will release free test into u and more test theres always that chance that some will convert to estro, also keep on mind that ur test levels are gona be high than ur gona use hcg so its going to release free test also.. do u get what im trying to get to. if ur only doing test e for 12 weeks i dont think u will need hcg and if u want to add it just go with the last 4 weeks of the cycle at 250iu every 3 days, with a good pct u will be ok.
adex at .25mg eod is good for controling estro and bloating. hope this helps

Hcg raises total testosterone and will increase estrogen also. Get some aromasin or adex and you be fine. Running hcg during your cycle has more positives then negitives....

.50mg of adex ed should be more then enough....You may not have issues with gyno though. Why so worried? Just get your AI, start a low dose at .25mg ed, then up it if high estro sides are noticed...

You are not taking a progesterone/19-nor like deca or tren. High progestin levels can cause high prolactin levels. There is no way to reduce/control progesterone if you are injecting a 19-nor.

High estrogen levels can sometimes cause elevated prolactin levels but is not a very common occurrence. If you control estro you will be safe in this cycle....
