Hey there, I’m looking for serious help………………..
When I started gyming about 4years ago I weighed 58kg, since then I have put on some weight, I’m weighing 85.3 now, and have 13.4% fat, I’m 1,74m.
The probs that I have is that I think my body has reached a dead end when it come to growing.
My goal is to weigh 95kg and then to cut down and have solid mass of 85kg.
I have used deca/dianabol/cypionate/pregnyl/clomid, for first cycle and deca/dianabol/enanthate/clomid/kessar sencond cycle taking 8weeks break between them.
Could you maybe give me 1 or 2 cycles if you have the time on your hands.
I train each muscle group once a week, doing 5-7 exercise of 4sets each per muscle group
Doing chest on Monday
Back on Tuesday
Legs on Wednesday
Shoulders on Thursday
Arms on Friday
This is my dieet:
Mornings – 2cups of oats with a protein shake and banana
- 4eggs and bacon(without fat) and shake, 100g of biltong
- Bowl of mielie pap and mince, shake and berries
Snacks – peanut butter and jelly sandwiches / oats bars / crackers and cottage cheese / noodles
Lunch – chicken and mash and brocolli / tbone or rump steak and pap and eggs / fish or tuna (tuna salads) and brown rice and veggies
Snacks – shake/ pasta / avocados
Supper – chicken/fish/meat/ with veggies
After gym I take a shake and eat cottage cheese before bead
Please help me…………..
