    First cycle test-prop. critique my diet macros

    age 24 (25 in 2 months from when I start)
    5'9 180lbs
    over 6 years serious training and 3 years of strict dieting
    bodyfat not sure, check the pic



    proposed cycle: 10 weeks of test-prop 150mg shot EOD (averages to 525mg per week)

    I could post my entire diet for each week, but no one would have the patience to read it all. therefore, I'll simply post the macros. I will post my final diet week 5-10 upon request however. I eat a lot of oats and grilled chicken FYI

    I am currently on a cutting diet. Here are the current macros
    276 protein, 215.5 carbs, 71 fats, 2667 calories

    Here is the weekly breakdown of what my diet will be on cycle
    week 1-2
    281/272.5/74, 2937 cals

    week 3-4
    312/281.5/93, 3239 cals

    week 5-10
    341/307.5/94.5, 3679 cals

    I will be lifting heavy 5 days per week

    please critique or does it look good the way it is? I absolutely do not want to gain fat on this cycle

    This is kind of silly bro! You want us to critique your diet in which you're very concerned with gaining fat, but you don't think you need to post up the actual diet?

    For all I know, your macros are made up of Big Mac's from McD's. Ok, i'm obviously exaggerating - but seriously, we can't do anything without seeing what you eat.

    Please post a typical day to start with, and we can take it from there.

    PS - BF looks to be about 13-14%, looking good bro.

    I will post it tomorrow. the save file is on my work computer. I have typed up diets for week 1-2, week 3-4, and week 5-10. I'll post the week 5-10 one. The ones before are just slightly less

    whats the post cycle therapy program look like.. never start a cycle with out having that sorted otherwise you will end up losing all your gains

    ^cruising...my natural test levels are barely over 300. got it tested twice 6 months apart. That's an entirely separate issue though

    I do have nolva and clomid though in case I ever change my mind
