first post thanks for having me on your forum. due to complications, from a surgery i have not been able to work out for a few months. im all cleared to go. the last couple of weeks i have been doing cardio 3 days a week and the x strech program from p-90x for three days a week. to get my body ready. im trying to avoid injury and get a jump start. im easing into this for the next month and plan to start the cycle at the first of september.
at the start of next week im going back to my regular program which is mma based training it consist of. this
monday roadwork.(running) and boxing/ striking.
tuesday. cardio and kettlebells
wednesday p90x x strech
thursday roadwork(running) grappling
fri cardio kettlebells
sat xstrech.
building muscle mass and strength is not a problem. losing belly fat is. im buying all my stuff through ar-r. here is what im looking at please help me fine tune this. 8-12 weeks total including pct
s4 1st 4 weeks 50mg a day. (dont want to push it on the eye sides)
Thermogenics of choice
clen work up to 100-120mcg a day.
T3 work up to 100mcg a day (need info on tapering off)
keto 2-3mg a day
taurine 3-5g a day
clomi tamox if for pct.
break this down and feel free to make any suggestion as im pretty new at this.
should i only start off with the s4 the first four weeks. and then add the Thermogenics week 5-8 or weeks 5-12 all the way through pct. or should i start it all on week 1. if i come off the s4 after 4 weeks should i start pct and thermogenics then and make it a total 8 week cycle. im pretty sure i got near the dosage amount right, on most of this stuff from researching here. its just finding the right starting and stopping point. really sorry for the novel. but ive put a bit of time on this. i just want it right. thank you to all who have took the time to read this.
