Hello all im starting my third cycle today ,
Just wondering whens the best time to jab ?
Ive got maztek duratest 500mg(anygood?)
Also deca 300ml
Do i do both on the same day or no

Ive been using it its working fine i was jus wondering if its better to jab on seperate days , and for pct i will be using nolva and chlomid ,

Your too young, and your too skinny. You said you have run 2 cycles prior, and you only weight 168lbs. There is something wrong with your diet. Put the steroids down and do things the right way.

how much do u weigh?
havent heard of duratest 500 but im gesing its dosed at 500mg per ml is that right?
and ur deca is 300mg per ml?
if so ur abit young to use gear now im sure all u need is a good diet. u said u have started it already? how many weeks did u do?
id do it like this if this is ur third cycle

500mg of test per week split into 2 shots
450mg of deca a week
e.g
monday half a ml of test and .75ml of deca
thursday half a ml of test and .75ml of deca

tell me how ur pct is going to look like?

100mg chlomid first day
100 mg nolva first day then 50 mg of both each day for 4 weeks

Im starting today ,this is my second proper cycle
