    SHBG High ; free Testo low

    I am 49. Got my blood work back.

    Total Testosteron 692 ng/dL (250-1100 ng/dL)
    Free Testosteron 58.2 pg/mL ( 35.0 – 155.0 pg/mL)

    SHBG 78

    My doctor told me that this values are ok… what do you think ?
    I think that my free testo is to low and my SHBG is to high ???

    Is there a way to lower SHBG to get more free Testosteron ???
