I have a friend who is taking part in a body building competition down in Miami Florida and is trying to get very lean. He has about 8 weeks and was wondering which of these supplements was a better choice? Can anybody give me any information that I can tell him?

Meltdown always gave me quick, good results...but i feel like shit when i'm on it. If he doesnt mind those effects, meltdown is very good
