Come one, you have been here long enough to know 4 weeks is NOTHING. Honestly with any diet it take almost 90 days for your body to adjust and really start burning/loosing fat and not just water.
How long did it take her to add the extra weight? Was it in 4, 6, 8 weeks? Tell her it takes a while to get it off also and next time she might be more careful about putting it back on.
I know my wife wants to loose a few pounds also, she is 5' 3" and 105 lbs. She is more comfortable at 100 - 102...
