    Your Help?

    Sorry if posting in wrong place.

    Ok, my wife is wanting a good fat burner..

    Stats:
    Wt 154
    ht 5.1
    age 34

    I have no clue with fat burner but only some cycle that I've ran in the past.
    I was thinking on getting her on some Clen, abuturol or T3 but I noticed that T3 can mess up her Tyroid so I started fishing for more options and came up with ECA stack or ECY stack..... So sorry for my dumb quest but what exactly is these two and which is better. I did find the deffinition for bothe and i know it is 3 product together but do I have to by them individually or can i buy just one pill that has all 3??? help a brother out or send me to site where I can read up.. Thanks

    Has she considered re-addressing her diet before she jumps on the Thermogenic train?

    Yeah, but I'm a be honest I began checking her diet and she just started 4 weeks ago and she's actually doing really good and sticking with it... I have to say I'm proud of her as she is taking it serious. I explained to her that she has to take it serious and just can't jump on something so quick... She my stash and read up on anvar and wanted to jump on that but I said HELLL NO.. Not just yet atleast...

    Tell her to stick with the diet for another 8 weeks and see where that takes her. In the meantime, if she really is considering Clen or T3 she needs to understand the risks. OTC fat burners are a complete waste and I wouldn't let her become interested in AAS this early.

    Thanks bor, I do see the on T3 the tyroid can mess up and we don't want that. Anyway, can you send me a link were I can read up on both of these products and how they really shoud be cycled.... I don't think she will jump on it just yet till her and I get a full understanding of these two... Like I mentioned before I know squat about these fat burners

    Come one, you have been here long enough to know 4 weeks is NOTHING. Honestly with any diet it take almost 90 days for your body to adjust and really start burning/loosing fat and not just water.

    How long did it take her to add the extra weight? Was it in 4, 6, 8 weeks? Tell her it takes a while to get it off also and next time she might be more careful about putting it back on.

    I know my wife wants to loose a few pounds also, she is 5' 3" and 105 lbs. She is more comfortable at 100 - 102...

    Bro, come on. Read my thread really carfully all I'm asking for is maybe a site or a little help on how this clen works. Yes, I've been here long enough to know that diet is very important but the reason everyone is one here and takes these poducts (AAS & Fat Burners) is to cheat a litte to get result quicker and yes once again I know diets very important.. The only advise I got from you is diet which I already know but I guess I will move on goolgle it or start another post. thanks

    Really? Maybe you have not been here long enough yet then because this site is really not about learning how to cheat but learning what is healthy, when NOT to use AAS of any type and how to get the best results when you are ready.

    Hopefully you will just get her to stick to the diet for a while and forget the clen for quite a while. There are more negative sides with things like clen than positive if you are not ready to use it; already in good shape.

    Her being overweight, probably not really use to a lot of cardio it may be a strain on her heart. You really dont want to use a stimulant if your body/heart is not use to being in at a higher rate due to exercise.
