I JUST GOT TEST E FROM GALENIKA IN 1ML AMPLES, THE OIL IS IN THE TOP OF THE AMPLE, I'VE BEEN TWISTING AND TURNING BUT JUST SEEN TO GET IT ALL TO DROP. ANY SUGGESTIONS?
SECONDLY DO YOU JUST SNAP THE TOP OFF THESE THINGS TO OPEN THEM?

Score the top first with a knife or a nail file.
hold the amp in your hand, and snap the top off.

tilt it to 45degrees till you get the air to rise into the top through the neck

Well sorry, but you certainly sound like a tool. The question in all caps didn't help either.
Run the amp under hot water. It will thin the oil and allow it to flow easier.

you can also get a amp opener. they sell at research supply companies.
