I have used clenbuterol befoe and seen good results, I have some t3 and clenbuterol now and want to run a 2 week cycle.
I am 14% bf and want to get to 10-12%
Would the following be a good plan to follow...
Day 1 60mcg clen 40mcg t3
Day 2 60mcg clen 40mcg t3
Day 3 60mcg clen 40mcg t3
Day 4 60mcg clen 40mcg t3
Day 5 80mcg clen 60mcg t3
Day 6 80mcg clen 60mcg t3
Day 7 80mcg clen 60mcg t3
Day 8 80mcg clen 60mcg t3
Day 9 100mcg clen 80mcg t3
Day 10 100mcg clen 80mcg t3
Day 11 100mcg clen 80mcg t3
Day 12 100mcg clen 80mcg t3
Day 13 80mcg clen 60mcg t3
Day 14 60mcg clen 40mcg t3
I don't want to run any anabolics with t3 or clen and I know muscle loss will occur. I am going to weight train for 12 of the 14 days with q high protein diet.
Are the above dosages correct?
How often should I take t3, just once or throughout the day?
How can i minimise muscle loss?
