    BF% guess, thinking of winny

I keep reading that you should be around 12%BF when thinking of the full benefits of winny, probably go to start anyway...so i was wondering if I am getting close. sorry for poor quality

    Thanks

Pretty sure hes not talking about melting the fat. C'mon man atleast try figuring out what hes talking about before you bash the guy..

OP, If your referring to being at a certain BF% to get better results I have always been told 10 and under for winny but I have no experience with it so can't really provide any solid information.

There is no way he is even close to that.

He is at least 20% if not more.

Forget the winny and hit the cardio hard every day.

that will be the hardest, my diet is on target, but i was over 300lbs a year age with no excersize started traing Feb 28th this year, started TRT April at 255lbs now I am 240lbs, winny/deca is not part of of my TRT obviously, the hardest part of my diet is trying to consume 300+ grams of protein my Carbs are averaging 125... but thanks for you guess

being some what new to this life style how much weight needs to be cut to get rid of the sides I know excersize, and my hardest issue to understand is trying to bulk or maintain while cutting fat sometimes hard to get that figured out

if you are 250 lbs you should be consuming closer to 400-500g of protein.

its not about cutting weight, its about getting in your cardio and small calorie deficit to burn it off without loosing any muscles u got, low intensity training for long periods of time is the key not running super fast for 15 mins.

OP, take that advice. Especially the low intensity for long periods part.

    You're right.

My apologies. I was in a pissed off mood and my post was uncalled for and unlike me.

I'm just so sick and tired of people thinking AAS are some magical potion. I realize that was not your intention, but for many it is.

To answer your question, yes...winstrol should be used in the last few stages, once one is in single digits, it'll help to drop even further, bringing out the details and vascularity.

Personally, there are better alternatives. Winston is really hard on my joints and makes it really hard for me to train heavy.

Get your diet, cardio, training and bodyfat down and then revisit.

Cardio first thing on an empty tank works wonders for me. Even 45 minutes on an incline dreadmill will display results in a matter of weeks, coupled with a low carb, mod fat high protein diet.

Apology excepted, and I do appreciate your concern on those who are looking for te magic bullet, i went into the "winny" process not looking for shedding fat just looking for a alternative maybe I should of investigated deeper< i did understand how winny worked, I will go back into the Q&A and ask opinions on a good alternitve break to Deca considering the fact that I am TRT

the exact percentage is hard for me to tell with this pic, however it is above 15. It doesn't really matter because you will probably see very little from winny at that level bf. I suggest holding off, your joints will thank you later.
