Thread: Vegas 4 weekend. Diet?

    Vegas 4 weekend. Diet?

    In the middle of a cycle trying to do some cutting or fat loss. Off for a free trip to Vegas this weekend (3 days) and I am worried about how I am going to eat healthy, not to mention eating at correct times.

    I know a few days if I watch what I order isnt' a huge deal, but when your in the diet groove, don't want to wreck it.

    Any advice? Should I take some protein bars?

    Bars are better than nothing when you can't eat ever 3-4 hours. clif builder bars are my favorite (not a substitute for real food but does the trick in a pinch.

    shakes are better when possible... Less sugar! But me plus vegas = party and forget diet

    One suggestion - enjoy yourself. Maybe don't go insane, but don't hold yourself back TOO much. It's only 3 days, it most certainly won't make or break your cycle, and sometimes we just need little breaks. It's not like you're prepping for a contest, so just have fun and jump RIGHT back on when you get home.
