glutamine is just clumpy as hell and flavorless.. its like putting flour in your milk.. definitly needs to be added in with a shake or something
just wondering if thats bad for you? it says on the bottle to mix with water or juice
no.. it is not bad for you at all.. it is absorbed all the same by your body
