    Ratios for compounds and injecting

    Is there a base line standard for a Test / Deca ratio. Meaning if you did 500mg weekly should you do 500mg of deca. This seems high to me. It would seem to me 500mg weekly and 300 deca weekly would be more appropriate.
    Also if you draw 1ml of test, do you then take it out and put that into the deca and continue to draw, or is it better to use separate pins, so it doesn't get mixed.

    No exact ratio of test to 19nors, etc.

    Some prefer to keep the test at an HRT dose to keep things working, and let the 19nor do the work.

    But I wouldn't go much under 400mg/wk of deca if you're interested in adding mass.

    200mg/wk is therapeutic dose...

    Body Fat %
    30 aprox (I think that estimate must be HIGH) 30% would be considered obese.

    Training Experience
    30 years! Started lifting weights w/ my dad at 10 years.

    Bodybuilding Knowledge
    Not a professional but dad was professional athlete and trained with Ken Patera

    Cycle Experience
    4 8 week cycles

    Even if you are 20% it's to high to cycle. Get down to at least 15%

    yes down to 18% bf
