Whats up guys had a quick question. I am currently at about 17%bf and I'm trying to get to 15%bf or lower. Now do you guys think it would be a good idea for me to jump on some clen to help me out?

Sure why not, as long as you have your diet and cardio in place and under check, it should help you along, but diet is the main factor
Yah my diet and cardio is in check. I was just wondering since i only need to drop 2% if it would just be a waste.
If you think you can do it without the clen then thats better
