1 drink per week?

i go to night clubs the past 2 fridays i went and had 1 drink its called a four loko just a big beer/energy drink thing is it ok if i have 1 per week?

Sounds like a girlie drink. I only drink long island iced tea. FREE pour in/over shot glass, no gun or pre mix.

1 part vodka
1 part 1800® Tequila
1 part light rum
1 part dark rum
1 part gin
1 part Vermouth
1 part triple sec
1 1/2 parts sweet and sour mix
1 splash Coca-Cola®
Lemon wedge
30%

I USUALLY dont have more than 2 of these.

Well I know why I like the bar that's 2 blocks from my house now. After doing a youtube search most bars/people only use 1/4 - 1/2 ounce at the most and only use the 4 white liquors and no dark.
Maybe they just like me there and that explains why I cant drink more than 2 max...
Other places I have had 3 with no problem but after the 4th I have a STRONG buzz.
