    thyroid and adrenals connection

    hey guys,

i posted from a while back a thread about adrenal fatigue.

i have improved a lot since but still i wasn't myself at all.

from a few days, i started to take some T3 , 25 mcg per day, and wham i have never felt better in my WHOLE life, all the symptoms went away completely and i never seem to burnout at all or crash.

before that even in the best of times, if i drink just one little espresso cup i would crash after it for 2 to 3 days and have ALL the symptoms of adrenal fatigue.

can anyone elaborate on this please, did i have possibly hypothyroidism ??

no not thyroid panel, but yes i had bloodwork for test levels and simple blood checks , everything looks very normal. My point from posting this thread is to get some insight on the thyroid/adrenal connection and if someone has experience in this.

First of all, adrenal fatigue is not really a medical term for any condition.

You should get blood work done, with priority on T3 + T4, and consult the results with an endocrinologist.
