Someone told me that adding FST-7 or parrillo stretches to your routine is a must when on steroids to gain more size. I haven't found any evidence to back what he said to back it up though. He said it is extremely effective to stretch the muscle fascia when on steroids, but doesn't do much when you're not on a cycle.

Obviously steroids enhance results from all types of training, but he said moreso from FST-7 than other exercises.

What do you guys thinks?
