It will, but not as well and with more side effects of its own.

It's exemestane. Most start off with 10mg EOD and adjust from there.

Yeah, its the liquid stane.
And you'll never notice any androgenic effect.
Besides, a slight increase in androgens isn't going to be nearly as bad for acne as a boatload of estrogen.
