i drink waxy maize during my workout
personally speaking I stay away from as much sugar as possible. I am also WAY AWAY from under the single digits as far as bf. I would assume that if your bf is real low then yes; add the simple carbs for pwo. A friend has a handfull of gummy bears with his shake.
All I have is a simple whey shake with glutamine......jmo...
