So I'm deploying mid-Jan. I'll be on ship for maybe 2-4 months. On ship, its gona be nearly impossible to get supplements (protein, BCAA, ZMA, whatever) so I'm getting a list together of what to shove in my sea bag. List right now:
-10lb+ bag of protein
-10lbs+ bag of weight gainer (I'll explain this)
-3 bottles of jack3d
-3 bottles multi vitamin
Reason for weight gainer. I know most people frown upon it and say just eat food. Well on ship, I will only get 3 meals a day (sometimes maybe not even that). So you'll say, have a shake between them. Well I'm aiming for 5000 calories, and a protein shake does not satisfy my hunger.
So any suggestions. I not doing asethic bodybuilding, I'm a functional strength/crossfit/oly lifting guy.
