There is a board that several members have been pm'd to go to recently... reports are that it is run by feds... someone was busted and agreed to open it for them to gather info on people... just beware of any pm about going to a board****** *******is what we were told...

It was one of your members that pm'd the info to me stating that you work for the feds! so maybe you need to get your members on a leash and tell them not to come here pming members and admin about your board... looks like you must have an enemy in your camp!

Most of the time no one approves a member they just do as they please and when caught nothing is said or done... leaving the boards such as this to assume the owner knew all along... Please inform your members I have banned their accounts here for stating that you are a fed and the other for pming our members to come to your board without permission.... as for if you are a fed or not I do not know nor do I care I only care my members stay safe... so I let them know what was stated..

BTW yes there was more than one account involved in this... and my members (2) forwarded thier pm to me asking if it had been approved...

I'll pm something about AR and se if you just post it up to make people aware without checking facts. Why don't you post up the members name with a complete copy of his post. If you took time too look at the people associated with and behind the board you would have known it was BS. An admin truly concerned about the community would get the fact and alert members of our board who own boards and have for many years to help protect the community as a whole rather than post BS because they are afraid some members may sign up elsewhere.

I can look into it later but in the meantime a warning is best to be safe... however the person is a member at his board and a close friend from all appearance's so why would I have doubted that person at all... what they sent was pretty spot on with most info... note I said with most..

Someone got busted, the coward rolled, and is trying to take others down with him. Admin is awesome enough to have the interest of 10,000+ members on his mind, and warns us of possible danger, and now we are going to get a bunch of "new members" arguing with Admin's warning to the members. Sounds like the FEDS did bust someone, sounds like that someone is screwing people over, sounds like Admin's warnings are legit, and it sounds like the FEDs and their puppets are now worried that their plan might not work, and are trying to desperately convince the members that their trap is in fact a safe place.

That ain't the point. It's not about having proof. It's about protecting the people on THIS board. So even if it's heresay based on PM's, he did the right thing notifying this board that:

1. There was a possible investigation at another site.

2. PM's were inviting others to that site.

I think most people here appreciate Admin looking out for us, and not worrying about whether or not something was proven to the satisfaction of someone like yourself.

To protect the members of this board is not low at all… Issues with you ha do not flatter yourself… Not one libelous claim was made here… A warning much like I feel sure your admin would make if he was given the same info about a board just to keep his members safe… I did not call names I did not point a finger at any one person… I stated that it was reported to me which it was… this thread would have been dead and gone by now if people such as yourself would not have kept it alive…

As for making a post to our members about this same thing you are incorrect once again… we have made many posts as well as have rules in place which state that we do not allow certain things here because we know feds are on all boards and can read what is written… that is why we have the rules in place something of which you do not understand and is why you have been banned here a number of times and will be again and again I feel sure… since you cannot seem to stay away from a board you loath so much haha…

I have not seen my present staff doing anything against the rules… but if I do they will be treated as any other member here. It has happened to past staff and will with present staff as well… I have the utmost respect for my staff... and appreciate each of them and the time they spend here... as well as the members who do appreciate that we are watching out for them

Guys, just watch what you say here. This is not a source board. It is a board dedicated to safety and information. As long as you make intelligent posts, with safety in consideration, you will be fine. The Federal Agents, or whatever they call themselves, can read your posts and have nothing on you....provided your safety is taken into consideration.

i was invited and joined that board, and it doesn't seem to be run be feds.. though if it was, it would be clever as they cud soak everyones emails and ip addresses and hunt you down so it is a worry...

Thanks for the warning Admin. True or not it's best to get the info out there. Better safe than sorry. It wouldn't be the first time feds set up a board as a sting. I know of 1 for sure, and possibly 2 boards, not BB/AAS related that they did this with.

that the admin here can't prove whether or not they are actually feds at the other board.
Him waiting for 'facts', would have resulted in the entire forum not being notified, and the potential of members going to a forum that was operated by LE just like you.

I understand admin giving a warning and appreciate that but for anyone who is not involved in both boards or staff here your opinion is biased. Very few of you have probably even visited that board or know the whole story about the pm's and what was said. I'm not going to get involved in all this useless drama but just wanted to put that out there.
