Day 1- 10mcg - Felt nothing
Day 2- 20 mcg - Felt Nothing
Day 3- 30 mcg - felt nothing
Day 4- 40 mcg - Finally feel a warmth in my face


Also to note : in cold weather I have problems with breathing and have taken puffers in the past etc. I'm not 100% sure yet but, my lungs feel a little better right now.

I made my own clen and was worried that my powder was bunk. It appears to be working.

I am planning on 14 days until I hit 100mcg a day (days 10-14)
