Stats:
Age:23
Weight:180
Height:6'0
BF: 19%
Lifting xp: 3+ years
Diet: Clean, mostly lean meat, tuna, chicken, ect,
Cardio:30 mins 2x day
I'm thinking about running a cutting cycle but Im not sure weather I should run a clen/t3 cycle or just clen on its own. I've done some Ph's in the past for bulking but now I just want to cut my bf into single digit %.
What period can this be run for: I hear 10 weeks with benaydral
Also should dosing be according to body weight.
I've done some reasearch but dont have near enough information so any input would be greatly appreciated.
