that's about right as far as I see it. If there were a fourth, then I'd add BCAA
a fifth I'd add arginine
a sixth I'd add glutamine
but, it's all pointless if your diet isn't dialed in with good whole foods, and plenty of water and rest.
For those past their early 20's, GABA and Arginine before bed on an empty stomach, and glutamine when you first wake up can give you a little hgh kicker.
