Ok, i got a question that i have wondered about for a while
is sex good for building muscle and recovering or bad.
i mean after sex i am spent and it seems i get super sore like all protein has left my body/lol literally
anyway i think on one hand prob does well for test levels on the other i once read you ave to eat a dozen eggs and a new your strip to recover the protein lost after sex.
not sure if that's true and either way it doesn't effect my decision for sex as i can hardly make day to day without
anyway does everyone else get totally shot and every muscle sore for days after sex or am i just having to big of a happy ending or something
