1st cycle: 1 week in, 400mg/week test e(12 weeks), 25 mg dbol/day (weeks 1-4)
diet: 450g protien, 4000 kcal, macro's in order
pct: nolva, amarosin, hcg, clen, vit. c, vit. e (tamox on hand if needed) read below for specifics.
So i know everyone has a different opinion on this, but I'm looking for advice tailored to my goals and restrictions. I would like to see around 10lbs of muscle added after pct is said and done. Which sounds about right from other people's first cycle experience. Ok, so this should be geared as a bulking cycle, so my original thought was run hcg and vit. E throughout the cycle at 500ui a week, not use amarosin/tamox unless symptoms arise, and run nolva, vit. C, and tamox for 6 weeks pct.
I have read that hcg should be used with nolva to prevent desynthesization in testes. I would like to avoid testicular shutdown if possible, so should i instead run nolva with hcg throughout my cycle and run the ai on pct with tamox? Will this interfere with a cycle? Also nolva bolcks estrogen recptor's and doesn't lower it, then why is it used in pct instead of an ai which lowers estrogen? All i can gather is that ai's lower water retention on cycle and are better for cutting.
Sorry there are so many questions, input would be appreciated.
