deadlifting 405.
i tried today to pull it off the floor and couldnt get it moving.
however if i put 405 in squat rack, pick it up. lower it down to ground i can super easily pull it back up!
why do i suck so bad off the floor? im not bouncing it when i do it off squat rack. i just cant get the initial pull off the floor goin.
any tips? i read t nation articles on deadlift from a deficit etc.
