    hey guys,
    I'm 26, worked out for quite a while but I want to get bigger.

    Try CVS or Walgreens they are drug stores they should carry them. Maybe even your local pharmacy at your grocery store.

    No problem, please read the rules at the top of the page, just so you know you canat ask for a source you will need at least 100 posts then you can ask a willing HOF'er or vet for a source check until then you cant ask on the open board, but you can ask away about cycles in this section

    Apparently, I'm supposed to get Deca 250 with some other stuff along with an oral anabolic whenever my friend gets back from the Army.

    How long do gains from a 10 week cycle last?

    Lift heavy, take a multi and eat for now is your best bet.

    First lets look at your diet because I can tell from your stats this area needs alot of work, you need to build a foundation before taking steroids because if you did take them now at your weight it will be pointless because you dont have a diet to support any kind of muscle tissue, so you need to red-design this first and establish a good solid diet for many months.#

    but seriously, You dont sound that you be ready any time soon, if ever. not trying to be an ass but seriously.

    if your interested in deca go to the aas profiles and look it. Deca shouldnt be taken with out test. or by a beginner user.

    apparently you're the only one who's giving me solid answers.

    i was close to 140lbs last year and have increased mass ever since. bench 200 for 3 reps. squat 200 for 1 rep max.

    at what weight would it be good to start cycling?

    meal 1- 2eggs, 6 egg whites, 2 slices ezekiel bread, banana

    meal 2- preworkout- 6oz chicken breas, 3 slices bread.

    meal 3- 2 scoops ON's whey mixed with 8oz milk, banana, strawberries etc.... blended.

    meal 4- 6oz steak, 1 cup rice.

    meal 5- 6-8oz chicken, 1 cup rice

    meal 6- 2 servings of tuna. maybe a slice of bread with it.

    it's been usually about 3500 calories or maybe a bit less.

    You said you where getting deca. deca is not recommended for new users. it also is not recommended to be taken with out test.(testosterone).

    also me saying "you going to die" is just my way of saying i dont think you should be taken AAS based on the questions your asking. like how much do i need to weigh for them to work....
    They will always work.

    You should be at your maximum potential before you need them to get bigger. IE maximum potential. However what really matters is you diet and dedication to sticking with your diet after your cycle. this will reflect with your current weight, but how tall are you? your body fat should also be low....

    you just saw my diet plan, it's been working really well. i'm 5'8'', and 100% motivated. ive never checked my body fat level but i see some abs if that's any indication.

    regardless test. should be your first aas, typically test. e

    may i recommend tracking your intake with myfitnesspal, track your cal, carb, fat etc. for one week averge it out then see if your ready. also read read read during that time

    keep reading and learning nobody is goin too do it for you there are thousands of threads in here too answer all your questions take your time and learn what the fck you are getting into
