I have access to DNP..The chemical composition is the same (2,4 ...) but it is liquid as far as i know--The description is "moist with up to 35% H20" so im assuming it is suspended in water for shipping safty and such. Now, im wondering is this still usable DNP for consumption??

DNP powder will always include a water percentage (to keep it stable and non-combustible in shipping). It is just a moist powder, not a suspension.
Do more reading on DNP and give us your stats while you're at it.
