    Anavar Cycle only

    height: 5'6"
    weight: 150lbs
    age: 26
    bf%: 10%-12%
    weight lifting experience: 8yrs

    cycle experience;
    1st: test e/eq - 12 weeks (2009)
    2nd & 3rd: clen - 2 weeks on/off (2010)
    4th: anavar (current)

    6 weeks
    50mg/day 30mg 7am & 20mg 3pm (split dosgae)

    pct:
    nolva: 40/40/20/20
    clomid: 50/50/0/0

    diet:
    7am:
    6pcs egg white
    1 cup of oatmeal

    10am:
    7oz chicken breast
    6oz sweet potato

    1pm:
    7oz chicken breast
    6oz sweet potato

    4pm:
    7oz chicken breast
    6oz sweet potato

    7pm:
    7oz chicken breast
    6oz sweet potato

    10pm
    7oz chicken breast
    6oz sweet potato

    total:
    fats: 139
    carbs: 238

    is it ok if i take almost 3000 calories per day even if i'm running var? and can i do no cardio at all?

    my plan is to gain weight at least 10-15lbs then more rip. is it imposible with my diet?

    so if im doing this thing the 3000 calories/day die. what will happen then im using anavar? im on day 2 by the way

    ^^Yes goals would be helpful. I can't imagine your looking to cut with those stats. 50mg of Oxan is slightly on the low side but some people can respond very well with this compound at a dose considered lower than the typical

    I don't think 10-15 maybe more like 6-10. How much above maintenance is the 3000 cals

    even if i eat 3000cals/day? i will only gain 6-10lbs? so if i lessen my food intake will it be the same? like taking only 2500cals/day?

    No disrespect but all your carb source is all starchy carbs. I would at least replace those mashed potatoes with sweet potato. Also you have no essential fat, how about replacing some of those chicken with tuna, or adding flax seed oil with some veggies?

    sorry its sweet potato by the way but its all mashed. sorry about that. so i need to interchange the chicken and the tuna?

    regarding the essential fat, i use extra virgin oil for my sauce in chicken. extra virgin oil/spring onions/ginger.

    Maintenance Calorie intake: 1980 cals

    So if your diet is 3000 calories, your adding 1020 calories above your maintenance.

    I am not a huge fan of repetitive meals through out the day. I like to switch up and have tuna, lean steak etc. Replace some of those sweet mashed potatoes with brown rice, veggies, etc. I don't know what time your work out is, but your PWO meal should consist of a shake so you digest fast, consume oats,liquid egg white, why etc.

    As for essential fats; nuts, natural peanut butter, flax see oil are commonly taken.
