Whats the best amino acids to take I met a man who was 37 years old natural and beched 505 raw when I asked him what does he take he told me over twice his body wait in grams of protein and a bunch of amino acids before I could finish my conversation i had to leave the gym to go to dinner and never seen the guy after that. I was taught that glutamine, arginine and creatine were the basics is there any other amino acids I should include to help me progress further?
