    Getting back in the gym

    I am getting back in the gym after a 3 year break and am wanting to cut alot of weight. Can anyone help me with a good stack or a good single supplement that will give me the best results. 6'1" 250lbs about 18% bf 3day routine with cardio 6 days a week.

    There are no magic things for weight loss its all about your diet my friend Id go post in that section and they will have you way on your way to weight loss.

    Diet is everything man. Surround yourself with healthy foods and when you are craving something eat celery to fill you up. You would be surprised how well it will work. On top of this drink a gallon of water a day.
