The old hydroxycut with ephedra and other ingredients was a fairly effective thermogenic agent. The new stuff is not nearly as effective in my opinion.

theres a whole forum dedicated to supplement reviews on here maybe you should check that out, this thread belongs there. Thermogenics are a good addition to any plan thats already got diet and cardio dialed in. Just to add to the thread for shytes and giggles my favorite is Animal Cuts

You can still get ephedrine in a local CVS, Just look at ingredients of some medicine such as broncolis(sp?)

lol hydroxycut/hardcore is useless well the AUS version is since it differs from the US version. AUS version is jsut packed with caffine instead of being packed with ephedra.
