u have probably had this one thousands of times but i think it will make for good conversation so here goes...
ive been looking around online at various gymnasts and ive noticed how well shaped and hardened there muscles are...
Would be interesting to discuss how these people manage to display such perfect technique, power and strength, whilst in some cases eating very little.
Some of the physiques these guys have is just amazing !, then you look at there diets and they barely eat F*** all !
Any gymnasts among us ?
