new spin on when to inject

I could have went with new spin on when to pin HA HA

Here we go. all the threads suggest it is best to inject in morning.

with my schedule i get up at 4 am
have a pre work out shake mixed with oatmeal .

I have also read that cards should be a no go am hour pre and post injection. I use 2 hours as my guild line.

this has me getting up at 1:45 am for injection (i should note bed trime 8:30PM)

anythoughts on not pinning in the AM and maybe wiating until Mid afternoon?
