How much does being sick effect you?

Wasnt really sure were to put this ? but anyways ive been sick for the last 4 days with the flu. i still check my body weight each day and it hasnt changed any. but my diet has been shit tho. im just wondering if everything else is the same as well. in terms of lifting and everything else.

so back to the question how much does being sick and having a few days off really effect ones body?

I have to drop weight and work my way back if it was a bad case of the flu. Depends I guess on the individual.

lifting for me is a long term thing, so I don't worry too much about short term set backs... plus I;m not a purist like slimmer me and don't plan on competing. That's a laugh.... me competing? mr. 20% bf right now!

I have a "trick" when I get sick, gets rid of the cold 100%. Also helps a ton for the flu though you will still feel it just much less severe. Although you gotta be careful because the herb is addictive (its legal in most countries including US but check if you live outside us).

Simple kratom tea. Will get rid of any aches, tiredness, lethargy, coughing/sneezing, while giving you a nice little boost. Redose every 8 hours but don't take it for more than 3-5 days. After that if the colds not gone deal with it, otherwise you may get some side effects due to its impact on mu opiate receptors. And I'll state again this herbs legal in US, but if you have an addictive personality stay the eff away from it.
