    Supplements to buy?

    I'm looking for a supplement to help me lose weight fast but also gain muscle is there anything out there?

    NONE!!!!!!

    diet, cardio, training, rest, etc....

    get yourself into the diet forum asap. Trust me on this one. I started out the same way until I started to hang out there for great advice. Made a complete change for the good.
